Our technicians are professionals. They are respectful, honest, reliable, diligent, and positive individuals. They are ambitious in developing themselves by improving their skills, compensation, and the company. We are Whirlpools preferred servicer as well and Subzero, therefore we have factory support and resources for the best training.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home Provide repair estimates to customers. Performing maintenance work on customers' appliances. Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly. Maintaining an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances. Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Maintaining high-quality customer service and care Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service Excellent communication skills Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience Why Appliance Service By Paul?
