Requirements of the Service Technician role include: Minimum 2 years of mechanical repair experience (appliances preferred) High School diploma or general education degree Required licenses up to date Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair of client product Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment Ability to follow direction and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship Ability to use a computer for email, calendar and parts research Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally Must complete and maintain all technician training elements Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
