MOONRISE TECH

is Samsung authorized service center in the overall Washington . We provide major appliances repair. We are the authorized service center for all Samsung TVs and home appliance as well. We are looking for the Hybrid Technician who will be dispatched as a Samsung Field engineer who travel various regions in the Washington States as required by Samsung Electronics to work independently on customer repairs. Hybrid technician will focus on long distance repairs but local trips will be assigned based on the schedule. Technicians will be given highly competitive rates.

•On a long-distance business trip, current multiple techs coverage include Blane, Wenatchee, Walla Walla, Vancouver (WA), Spokane, and other locations over 150 miles away. The office will provide accommodations and meals during the trip. l Monday to Friday Coverage l Major cities & Suburban area inside of Washington State Responsibilities l Conduct appliance diagnosis and in-home repairs in consumer's homes on Samsung appliances. l Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality service l Record all activities related to repairs, routes, and other activities l Maintain high level of skill and proficiency in appliance repair l Operate assigned service van through an assigned route to many repair locations l Attend all training, meetings, and other events as required l Prompt and regular attendance l Follow safety procedures and constant awareness for personal safety and safety of others l Employees are required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face mask, gloves, and foot covers. Qualifications l Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record l Be able to pass a background check and drug test. (takes up to 2 weeks) l Be able to do 2-3 day trips in a month (at most 2 out of town trips in a month) l Be able to use Multi-meter l The ability to lift up to 30-80 lbs occasional basis. l be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work. l high school or equivalent l must be at least 18 years of age Salary In training: l $20/hr in training. Training usually takes 6-8 weeks.
