85960 Job Description HVAC Technician — Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a reliable HVAC Technician to keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems running right for our clients. You'll handle everything from new installs to repairs and routine upkeep, making sure systems run safely, efficiently, and to code. What You'll Do Install air conditioners, heaters, furnaces, and ventilation equipment per manufacturer specs and code requirements Complete scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and extend their lifespan Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on HVAC systems and make repairs, replacing worn or failed parts as needed Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot system malfunctions and get to the root cause Walk clients through the work performed and flag any recommended system improvements or upcoming maintenance needs What We're Looking For Hands-on HVAC experience (installation, service, or repair) Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical components Comfortable using diagnostic and hand tools on the job Strong communication skills for explaining work to clients Valid driver's license Next Steps Hit "Apply" above, or send your resume to Bwolfeverly@optistaffing.com or call 907-222-7002 and we'll set up a time to meet!
