Now Hiring:
Lead HVAC Installer Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading installations, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations. Supervise and mentor installation helpers. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork. Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions on-site. Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience. Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
