In this role, you will be responsible for installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and diagnostic service work. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Duties Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and basic diagnostic service work on HVAC equipment. Ensure proper brazing, wiring, ductwork connections, and system testing upon installation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the job site and in the company vehicle. Clearly explain system operation and maintenance tips to customers in a professional, friendly manner. Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills EPA Universal (or Type II) Certification is required. Experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician. Understanding of HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing equipment. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), and climb ladders.
