Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specifications Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and building automation system diagrams to execute precise installations Ensure all work complies with safety standards including EPA regulations for refrigerants and local building codes Skills Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems repair and HVAC installation techniques Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately Knowledge of HVAC design principles and building automation systems integration Proficient with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, welding equipment, and specialized HVAC tools Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; experience with electrical diagnostics preferred Join us in delivering top-tier residential HVAC solutions!
