Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with expertise in installation. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install air conditioning systems; package units, mini-splits, split -systems and related equipment, such as duct work. Collaborate with other technicians and team members on projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Requirements Proven experience as an installer in the HVAC industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience . Familiarity with HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, and air conditioning systems. Proficiency in using tools such as welding equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
