Arizona Air Balance is hiring a Commercial HVAC Field Technician to test, troubleshoot, and balance HVAC systems in hospitals, clean rooms, offices, and other commercial buildings. TAB experience is not required. We provide specialized training, but previous hands-on HVAC experience is required. What You'll Do Test and balance commercial HVAC airflow and hydronic systems Troubleshoot airflow and system-performance problems Read HVAC mechanical plans and document test results Use digital testing instruments and laptop computers Work at commercial sites throughout the Phoenix area What You Need Previous HVAC installation, service, maintenance, or refrigeration experience Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and airflow Mechanical ability and good troubleshooting skills Basic math and comfortable computer skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Comfortable using ladders and being active throughout the day Ability to pass background and drug screenings Flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and travel What You'll Get $25-$32/hour based on HVAC experience and skills Paid HVAC testing and balancing training Pay increases as your skills and certifications grow Overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10 Company truck, tools, and paid travel expenses Health benefits after 90 days Retirement plan, PTO, life insurance, and tuition assistance Full-time, year-round commercial HVAC work Ready to turn your HVAC experience into a specialized, well-paid career?
