What You Will Do:
Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment (3 to 25+ tons). Service package rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, and exhaust fans. Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems, 3-phase power, and commercial controls/EMS. Coordinate with property managers and facilities directors to provide clear updates. Maintain organized digital service tickets and a clean, safe company vehicle.
What We Need From You:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated commercial HVAC service experience.
Credentials:
EPA Universal Certification required. OSHA 10 or NATE is a strong plus.
Skills:
Expert reading of schematics and troubleshooting 3-phase electrical systems.
Drive:
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
Mindset:
Reliable, professional presentation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screen
