About You:
2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair Skilled in installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades Excellent communication skills - able to explain issues clearly and professionally High reliability and commitment to safety, quality, and industry standards Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Team‑player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow Alignment with Action Plumbing's core values: honesty, integrity, discipline Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses Able to manage multiple service calls efficiently and professionally
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with accuracy and expertise Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Communicate clearly with customers, offering solutions and setting expectations Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish Follow all safety protocols and industry standards Document services performed, parts used, and job details accurately Manage daily workload efficiently and maintain professionalism on every call Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold company values BONUS if you have experience with: Mini‑split systems Heat pumps Indoor air quality solutions Advanced diagnostics or commercial
