As we continue to grow our operations and expand our franchise system nationally, we're looking for talented individuals who share our core values and are passionate about making a difference. Our Core Values Improving the Quality of Life Remarkable Service Passion to Do Better Commitment to Honesty Selfless Teamwork Join a company with a strong reputation, a commitment to excellence, and exciting opportunities for long-term growth. Put Your HVAC Knowledge to Work - and Build on It Have hands-on HVAC experience and an eye for getting the job done right? Ready for an opportunity to demonstrate your judgment, take on more responsibility, and expand your technical knowledge? Action Duct Cleaning is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional to help ensure quality work across our customer locations. You'll apply your field experience to inspections, work alongside our sales and operations teams, and learn more about commercial and specialty industrial cleaning services. You do not need to have held a foreman or management title. We're interested in what you know, how you approach problems, and your willingness to learn and follow through. What You'll Do Visit customer jobsites to inspect work and check that completed service meets the approved scope and ADC's quality expectations. Document findings with photographs, clear notes, and inspection reports. Communicate concerns professionally to subcontractors and verify that corrections are completed. Help identify site conditions, access challenges, and equipment needs that could affect how a job is performed. Participate in job walks and technical discussions with sales and operations. Apply your field knowledge to help review scopes and estimates - asking questions about labor, equipment, methods, and details that may have been missed. Learn inspection requirements across ADC's services, including HVAC and duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and specialty industrial cleaning. Recognize when an issue needs additional expertise and bring it to the appropriate person. Serve as on-call support for client emergencies and urgent job situations, including participation in and oversight of the company's 24-hour emergency phone rotation. Obtain and maintain required NADCA certification and stay current with applicable certification and continuing education requirements. What You Bring A minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, preferably working with commercial systems through installation, service, maintenance, or cleaning. Familiarity with ductwork, air-handling equipment, ventilation systems, and common field practices. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Willingness to ask questions, speak up when something does not look right, and learn from feedback. Ability to communicate respectfully with customers, subcontractors, and coworkers. Dependability, organization, and follow-through. Ability and willingness to respond appropriately to urgent client or jobsite situations as part of an on-call rotation. Willingness and ability to obtain NADCA certification as required by the company. Comfort using a smartphone or tablet, email, and basic computer applications. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer jobsites. Experience You Can Build On Exposure to mechanical plans, job walks, estimating, project coordination, or quality inspections is helpful, but you do not need experience in all of these areas. Experience primarily in residential HVAC may also be considered if you have at least five years of HVAC experience and can demonstrate a strong technical foundation and readiness to learn commercial systems. How You Can Grow This role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond performing individual service or installation tasks. You'll develop skills in quality inspections, technical documentation, scope review, subcontractor communication, and problem-solving across a range of facilities. As you demonstrate sound judgment and build your knowledge, you can take on more complex inspections and technical review responsibilities. Work Environment The position combines field visits with office-based reporting and technical review. Jobsites may include rooftops, ladders, mechanical rooms, and active commercial or industrial facilities. Scheduling flexibility is needed for inspections associated with evening, overnight, or weekend service work. Because Action Duct provides 24-hour emergency support, this position will participate in the company's emergency phone rotation and may occasionally need to respond to urgent client or job-related situations outside regular business hours. Compensation $70,304 annual base pay plus performance incentives. Incentive terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
