Position Summary The HVAC Maintenance Technician performs system maintenance, inspections, and light service work while delivering a strong customer experience. This role can be a great fit for both developing technicians and experienced professionals who prefer maintenance or warranty-focused work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups Identify and troubleshoot system issues Inspect systems and identify potential issues or future repair needs Communicate findings clearly to customers Maintain accurate job documentation in ServiceTitan Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience Basic sales Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of HVAC experience (or transferable mechanical experience) Knowledge of HVAC systems and components Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to HVAC systems Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow Comfortable interacting with customers in a residential setting Clean driving record and background Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
