This role is focused on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems across a variety of properties including office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, and municipal facilities. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Service rooftop units (RTUs) from 5-ton to 40-ton systems Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions to customers Handle service calls at commercial properties Communicate findings clearly with customers and team Identify larger system issues and escalate when needed Participate in on-call rotation Requirements 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred) Must be able to work unassisted Water source heat pumps (Zoning is optional) Strong knowledge of rooftop units (RTUs) Able to work on 10 tons and under Ability to work on broilers (preferred) EPA Certification (Universal preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field Good communication and professionalism Able to provide professional references upon request

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
