Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems according to specifications and schematics. Conduct routine inspections of heating and cooling systems to identify potential issues. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welders for effective diagnostics and repairs. Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide field service support, responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to build efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC/R. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on service technician duties. Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, including boilers and appliance repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC installations. Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver's license may be required for field service responsibilities. Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
