Job Description
All-Pro Air is seeking a self-driven, quick learning technician with experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC service with a desire to partner with us to provide top-notch service to our clients. The best candidate for this position is energetic, trustworthy, motivated, and can adapt to a myriad of service situations easily. We service and install various types of commercial refrigeration systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, and some residential and commercial HVAC. We will provide a vehicle once the probationary period is completed and some specialty tools where necessary. Minimum 2 years commercial refrigeration experience required, more is preferred. Must be able to efficiently use technology to problem solve, enter visit reports, and communicate with team members. Our goal is to consistently provide five-star quality service and support to our clients and customers and we're looking for team members dedicated to that same goal. Hourly rate offered would be determined by level of experience. Summary Under limited supervision, the Experienced Technician performs diagnostics, service, and repairs on a wide range of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across various customer sites. This role requires technical expertise, strong customer service, and consistent alignment with our company's core values. The technician is expected to project a positive attitude, maintain a professional appearance, communicate clearly, and take initiative in resolving service issues while upholding safety and operational standards.
