HVAC TECHNICIAN / AC HELPER

• We are a Southern California-based Real Estate Management and Investment Company looking for a hardworking and motivated individual.

The candidate must be reliable for a full-time HVAC Technician or AC Helper position. The position requires 1+ years of mechanical knowledge for HVAC Technician , and no experience need for the Helper . The position also requires performing operating and maintenance tasks for multiple properties in different regions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be self-motivated with good communication skills
• Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance as needed or required
• Must possess the ability to perform the physical demands of the job responsibilities: o Lifting objects up to 100 pounds. o Frequent standing, walking, and kneeling o Occasional climbing, working from a ladder and balancing
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands. Responds to service order requests in a timely manner.
• Must have transportation to travel multiple locations
• We will do background check and pre-employment medical test.

JOB DESCRIPTION

(Duties include but are not limited to): Ø

For Technician:

• Complete necessary operating, maintenance, and repairs tasks including but not limited to:
• Trouble Shooting
• Maintain comfortable temperature environments in city facilities
• Maintain air conditioning systems, air handlers, filters, blowers, cooling towers, water treatment, and other components of the system
• Respond to complaints about temperatures
• Maintain, analyze, modify and repair digital control systems
• Maintain, analyze, modify and repair variable frequency drives and related controls
• Install new and modify existing equipment
• Overhaul and repair reciprocating air compressors
• Maintain boilers, hot water systems, gas equipment
• Operate the computerized energy management system
• Install and maintain environmental controls Ø

For AC Helper:

• Maintain air conditioning systems, air handlers, filters, blowers, cooling towers, water treatment, and other components of the system.
• Help HVAC Technician as need.
• Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction or policy/procedure
• Perform all duties as assigned through the work order system Fluent in English, Vietnamese and Spanish is a plus

Full-Time Hourly Rate:

Starting at $25

• $40 per hour for HVAC Technician based on experience.

Full-Time Hourly Rate:

Starting at $18+ per hour for AC Helper. Monday

• Friday 7:00am
• 3:30pm.
