This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC/R systems effectively. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of air conditioning systems in commercial properties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units to ensure efficiency and longevity. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and fans. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs electronically on tablet and computer. Experience 5 + years prior experience as a Commercial Service Technician in the HVAC field is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to HVAC systems. Technicians will use computer and tablet to troubleshoot equipment and document job information.
