This is a strong opportunity for a technician with solid diagnostic skills who is comfortable working independently on a variety of equipment, from package units and VRF systems to chillers, boilers, and cooling towers. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems Perform service, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Service equipment including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VRF, water-source heat pumps, package units, and split systems Perform refrigerant diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements Complete equipment start-ups and HVAC installations as needed Respond to service and occasional emergency calls Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and repairs Complete service documentation through a mobile application Follow company and OSHA safety procedures Requirements 3+ years of HVAC service experience Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred Strong HVAC and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience reading wiring diagrams and schematics EPA Type II certification required; Universal preferred Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or other large commercial equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Overtime opportunities
