Key responsibilities:
Complete breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance (PM) activities, and regular building infrastructure repairs, including assessment of priorities and coordination of external contractors Complete work orders and Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA), ensure timely follow-up, and maintain accurate documentation in CMMS and SAP systems. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building services equipment, including HVAC systems, air compressors/driers, boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection systems. Collaborate with Engineering to implement and support capital projects. Liaise with Managers, Crew Leaders, and operations staff to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively and on schedule. Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to facility maintenance. On-call support as necessary.Required qualifications:
Proof of completed apprenticeship in trade Licensed HVAC Technician (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic- 313A) Gas Fitter G1 license is required 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance with demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire systems.
