Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across diverse commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment, following detailed schematics and design plans. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) equipment to ensure peak performance. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC design documents to accurately execute installations. Field service tasks including ductwork modifications, equipment repair, system upgrades, and troubleshooting mechanical failures. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system specifications to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance. Skills Strong knowledge of construction principles related to HVAC installation and property maintenance. Proven experience as a service technician with hands-on skills in HVAC systems repair and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; capable of operating large or specialized equipment safely. Familiarity with field service procedures, including troubleshooting HVAC systems in various environments; experience with property maintenance is a plus.
