Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a skilled professional with hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality service. The HVAC Technician will also provide excellent customer service while working efficiently on various projects. Duties Perform repairs on a variety of HVAC systems to restore proper function and efficiency Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent issues and extend system lifespan Install new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings according to specifications Troubleshoot equipment problems using diagnostic tools and electrical knowledge Utilize hand tools effectively to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks Work with electrical systems related to HVAC units, ensuring safe and compliant connections Follow EPA regulations and maintain EPA certification to handle refrigerants responsibly Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and recommendations Skills Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of system repair, maintenance, and installation Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently Proficiency with hand tools and electrical systems associated with HVAC units EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required Owns personal tools necessary for the job Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards within the HVAC industry This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment while delivering quality service.
