Competitive Pay — DOE (Depending on Experience) We are a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated HVAC Installer / Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience who is comfortable performing residential and light commercial installations, preventative maintenance, and basic service and troubleshooting. This is a full-time, year-round position with an opportunity to grow with our company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and provides excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform and assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups Diagnose and perform basic HVAC service and repairs Work with air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pump, and gas heating systems Properly recover, handle, and charge refrigerants Install and replace furnaces, condensers, evaporator coils, heat pumps, package units, and related HVAC equipment Perform basic ductwork, drain, electrical, and thermostat work associated with HVAC installations Use HVAC diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicles, and equipment Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and/or service experience EPA Section 608 Certification required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Working knowledge of refrigeration and heating systems Ability to use gauges, meters, vacuum pumps, recovery equipment, and other HVAC tools Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and materials Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and continue advancing within the HVAC trade What We're Looking For We want someone who is experienced but still eager to learn and grow .
