We are a highly-rated, family-owned 118-year old company with a large customer base and we need to hire a Residential HVAC maintenance tech immediately.

  • Air Conditioners
  • Mini Splits
  • Ducted Heat Pumps Requirements:
  • Excellent driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Ability to climb on a ladder into a tight attic space
  • Not claustrophobic in tight subfloor crawl spaces
  • Good listening and retention of training skills
  • Good handwriting

510-893-1343 Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to heating and air conditioning units. Collaborate with team members to complete service calls and installations. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Drive to various residential locations to provide timely and friendly service. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
