Requirements:

• Must have 6-10 years or more recent Senior/LEAD Residential HVAC repair experience for all types of residential equipment (Required)
• Three years of experience training other service techs on advanced diagnosis and repairs
• Excellent driving record and a valid driver's license
• Clean and neat appearance
• Ability to climb on a ladder into a tight attic space
• Not claustrophobic in tight subfloor crawl spaces
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Good handwriting
• Must enjoy people and explaining things to them
