About the Role As a Commercial HVAC Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the peak performance and reliability of advanced climate control systems. You will leverage your technical expertise to execute complex startups, perform precise diagnostics, and optimize sophisticated HVAC infrastructure for our diverse commercial clients. Responsibilities Execute on-site startup procedures for high-end commercial HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex issues within commercial control systems, including VRF, Daikin, AAON, and LG platforms. Program and calibrate advanced control interfaces, utilizing touchscreens and computer-based software to meet specific environmental requirements. Interpret intricate wiring diagrams and schematics to perform accurate troubleshooting and system repairs. Document all service activities and startup data to maintain warranty compliance and provide clear reporting for stakeholders. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless system integration and long-term reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years of specialized HVAC training. Active EPA Universal Technician Certification. Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring schematics, and mechanical blueprints. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong proficiency in electrical theory and modern HVAC trade practices. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of VRF systems and refrigerant properties. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automated temperature control platforms. Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and mechanical system maintenance. Strong computer literacy, including experience with networking and basic office software.
