Sanborn's Air ConditioningHeating is hiring a HVAC Turnover - Service Technician Base Pay +
Commission Opportunity:
$100,000+ annually for high performers
Total Earning Potential:
$150,000+ depending on production bonus We're looking for a technician who can: Diagnose HVAC problems. Communicate confidently with homeowners and commercial customers. Sell repairs and replacements. Generate revenue. Close opportunities. Work independently. Deliver excellent customer service. If you're tired of being paid the same whether you produce $20,000 or $100,000 a month, this position is built differently. Your production determines your earning potential. What does a Turnover Technician do? This position is designed around turning service opportunities into completed repairs, replacements, and approved work.
The technician is responsible for:
Diagnosing HVAC systems accurately. Identifying repair and replacement opportunities. Presenting repair options clearly to the customer. Presenting replacement options when replacement is appropriate. Generating approved work from service calls. Following up on estimates and unsold opportunities. Documenting equipment condition with photos and detailed notes. Protecting company margins. Maintaining high customer-service standards. Selling maintenance agreements when applicable. Communicating opportunities to the office/sales team.
