Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, 5-star customer service on every call Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform warranty repairs and preventative maintenance Clearly explain system issues and recommended solutions to customers Maintain accurate service records, including parts and labor Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranty claims Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Requirements Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety regulations Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Lennox and Amana equipment Prior warranty service experience Certifications EPA 608 Certification
