This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and build a long-term career. Helpers who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn will have opportunities to advance within the company and take on greater responsibilities over time. Prior HVAC experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, follow direction, and maintain professional standards in the field. Job Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Technicians and Installers with HVAC service, installation, removal, and replacement work
- Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Support equipment removal and installation
- Follow instructions from Lead Technicians and supervisors
- Follow company safety procedures and proper PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Respect customers, residents, properties, and fellow team members
- Develop HVAC knowledge and hands-on skills while working alongside experienced personnel Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must have work boots
- Must have basic personal hand tools
- Must have and properly use required PPE
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- No visible tattoos while working
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and materials
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Must be willing to learn and follow direction
