What is expected:
- Complete performance and service checks on HVAC and refrigeration equipment including commercial refrigerators/freezers and ice machines. . Complete HVAC installation of split systems (light commercial/multifamily), package units, swamp coolers and exhaust. (Our day to day operations are not servicing single family residence)
- Perform complete and detailed performance checks and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment.
- Respond to trouble calls for commercial systems.
- Respond to customer's needs and focus on problem-solving without multiple visits.
- Identify challenges the customer is facing and work with the team and the customer to solve those challenges.
- Be proactive and willing to learn new trades to further enhance your career including on the job training and classes.
- Fill out service reports in a timely manner - Via cell phone
- Take pictures and document work performed
Requirements:
. Service Technician/Installer with accomplished experience- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record that will be insurable under company vehicle insurance policy
- Strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and is a self-motivator/self-starter .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC repair/service/installation experience
- Certifications and licenses such as NATE or willing to learn and acquire.
