C&M Mechanical Heating & Cooling is a family‑run HVAC company that continues to grow serving our customers primarily in the Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley. We're looking for an additional skilled, reliable HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and represents our company with professionalism. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of HVAC experience preferred Minimum 1 year of hands‑on field experience as HVAC service technician required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience driving a company vehicle to service calls preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Professional communication with customers and office staff Solid understanding of residential and light commercial systems Requirements Valid Real ID state driver's license Clean driving record (no points) EPA 608 Universal Certification (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs, ladders, and in tight spaces Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality workmanship Must live in the Santa Clarita Valley or San Fernando Valley to best support our primary service areas Company van provided — must be able to park the vehicle at home (driveway or safe street parking) with no HOA or city restrictions on commercial vehicles ⭐ What Makes C&M Different We're not a corporate, high‑pressure sales company.
