Job Description

Accounting, Payroll & Compliance Specialist Pay:

$25-$30 per hour,

DOE Schedule:

Monday-Friday Job Type:

Direct Hire Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting, Payroll & Compliance Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records. Manage certified payroll and compliance documentation. Maintain subcontractor labor reports, union reports, and insurance documentation. Prepare financial, payroll, and compliance reports. Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Maintain accurate and organized records and files.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in AP, AR, Payroll, and/or Compliance required. Experience with Foundation software is a plus. Certified payroll experience preferred. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Pay:
