Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Document service findings and completed work accurately. Customer Service Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners. Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions. Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally. Identify opportunities for system upgrades, indoor air quality products, and equipment replacement. Promote and sell maintenance memberships and service agreements. Generate leads for replacement estimates when systems are aging, unsafe, or beyond economical repair. Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules. Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
