$52/hour What We Expect From a Sugar Bear HVAC Technician We are looking for more than a technician who can change a capacitor. A Sugar Bear HVAC professional should be capable of: Diagnosing the complete HVAC system Understanding electrical and refrigeration systems Testing system performance Checking airflow Identifying safety concerns Evaluating equipment condition Explaining findings in homeowner-friendly language Providing repair and replacement options Documenting equipment condition Taking before-and-after photographs Keeping the customer's property clean Reducing callbacks Building customer trust Generating five-star customer experiences SERVICE —
