The Role As an HVAC Installer at Aire Serv, you're the craftsman behind every new system we put in. We'll call on you when installation work is on the schedule; full system changeouts, split systems, package units, and ductwork for residential and light commercial customers across the Temecula Valley. Hours are scheduled job by job and will vary from week to week based on install volume. When you're on the job, you do it right: to code, to manufacturer specifications, and to the Aire Serv standard of excellence. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial HVAC installations; including full system changeouts, split systems, package units, and ductwork. With precision and attention to detail. Handle the full install process on-site: equipment staging, removal and disposal of old equipment, installation, startup, testing, and final commissioning. Recover, handle, and charge refrigerant safely and in compliance with EPA Section 608 requirements. Ensure all work meets local building codes, California Title 24 requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Aire Serv quality standards. In most cases, is ready for permit inspection and HERS verification. Help customers make confident decisions by identifying opportunities for additional products that genuinely improve their comfort. IAQ products, smart thermostats, surge protectors, and maintenance agreements. Ensure efficient use of materials and flag stock needs for upcoming installations. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, and the service team before, during, and after each job. Protect the customer's home and keep equipment, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times. Complete installation checklists, job photos, and required reporting in our field software accurately and on time. Respond promptly when install work is offered so we can schedule customers with confidence. Invest in your own development by engaging in ongoing Aire Serv training and education programs. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude that reflects our code of values. What We're Looking For You take pride in your work, and it shows. You're the kind of installer who does it right the first time and treats every job site like your own home. Here's what we need: 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience. Full system changeouts, split systems, package units, and ductwork. Light commercial installation experience is a plus; crew lead experience is a big plus EPA Section 608 (CFC) Certification required, Universal preferred. Working knowledge of Title 24 duct sealing and HERS testing requirements preferred Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work comfortably in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops, including Southern California summer heat. Reliable and responsive. Compensation:

$35/hour, plus a $100 bonus for every system installed.
