WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an HVAC Sales Technician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose HVAC systems, identify repair and replacement opportunities, educate customers on their options, and provide the right solution for their needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

✅ Diagnosing residential HVAC systems ✅ Running service, diagnostic, and maintenance calls ✅ Identifying repair and replacement opportunities ✅ Presenting repair and system replacement options ✅ Educating homeowners on system condition and available solutions ✅ Building trust through strong communication and customer service ✅ Closing repair and replacement opportunities ✅ Working closely with our office and installation teams ✅ Creating accurate notes, photos, and documentation in our digital system ✅ Meeting or exceeding performance expectations ✅ Providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish ✅✅✅

COMPENSATION

We believe high performers should be paid like high performers. ✅ Base Salary + Performance Compensation ✅ 3%-6% Turnover Commission ✅ Up to 25% Repair Commission ✅ Monthly Performance Bonuses ✅ Yearly Company Bonus Opportunities ✅ $100,000-$150,000+ annual earning potential based on performance Your earning potential is heavily influenced by your ability to diagnose properly, communicate effectively, generate opportunities, and produce results. ✅✅✅

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Residential HVAC diagnostic experience ✅ Ability to diagnose HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Comfortable discussing repairs, replacements, and pricing with homeowners ✅ Valid driver's license ✅ Clean driving record ✅ Ability to pass a background check ✅ Ability to pass a drug screening — THC excluded ✅ Comfortable working inside customers' homes ✅ Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces when necessary ✅ Comfortable using mobile apps and digital job documentation ✅ Positive and professional attitude ⛔⛔⛔
