DAY-TO-DAY

Traveling throughout the South Bay to repair and maintain commercial coolers, ice machines, rooftop air conditioning units, heating systems, and more Maintaining an organized and well-stocked company work vehicle Completing exceptional work while following all safety procedures and industry regulations Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems and performing the appropriate repairs Completing preventative maintenance to support system efficiency and longevity Closely documenting your service calls, including the parts you use and the work you complete Tackling additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful jobs and satisfied clients

REQUIREMENTS

Experience maintaining job records, creating estimates, and generating invoices in ServiceTitan (or another CRM) would be beneficial! What matters most is that you have: EPA universal certification 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R field service experience Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret schematics Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions/temperatures Effective, professional English communication skills (verbal/written) and customer service skills Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations)
