Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, chillers, boilers, and exhaust systems. Assist with diagnosing and repairing HVAC system malfunctions. Replace filters, belts, motors, thermostats, and other system components as directed. Inspect equipment and report any deficiencies or safety concerns. Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and related components. Support equipment startup and operational testing. Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. High school diploma or GED. Technical school certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field preferred. 3 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience.
