Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Benefits Opportunities for training and career advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Established company with a strong local reputation Residential and light commercial projects What You'll Do Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, thermostats, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards Perform system start-ups, testing, and final quality-control checks Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues Review the completed installation with the customer and explain how to operate and maintain their new system Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized job sites Work closely with installers, helpers, technicians, and office team members to keep projects running smoothly Accurately complete job notes, equipment documentation, photos, and installation paperwork Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service What We're Looking For At least two years of HVAC installation experience required Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment Ability to work with ductwork, refrigeration piping, airflow, drains, electrical connections, and system controls Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to read job scopes, equipment specifications, and manufacturer instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions EPA certification preferred Light commercial installation experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus About TriCounty Services TriCounty Services provides heating, air conditioning, plumbing, fireplace, indoor air quality, and insulation services throughout Ventura County and surrounding communities.
