We are hiring a lead installer at a growing, truly family-owned shop in Northern Colorado. Grants Heating and Air is not a call center with a truck. No private equity. No sales board. Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, tankless water heaters, boilers, and mini-splits — done right, then stood behind. The owner is on site visits and training with you the first few weeks. After that you run the job. Take-home 4WD. Four tens and a three-day weekend, or five eights. A seat that becomes installation manager as we grow. The work Changeouts and replacements in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, and the mountain towns. You run the install with a helper, keep the house clean, and treat the customer like they live next door. A few jobs include attic or crawlspace work.
