This isn't an entry-level "hand me a wrench" role. Pay based on experience:

What You'll Do Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Follow local building codes and safety regulations on every job. Test systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot issues. Keep every job site clean and organized. Work alongside other installers and technicians to finish projects on time and done right. What We're Looking For Some HVAC experience (installs, service, or a related trade). Working familiarity with HVAC materials, tools, and installation methods. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, code-compliant workmanship. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in a range of environments. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
