Meyer Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across the Kansas City metro. You'll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, perform preventative maintenance, and complete quality installations and change-outs. Technicians communicate clearly with customers, explain findings, and provide honest recommendations. We emphasize craftsmanship, punctuality, and teamwork, offering ongoing manufacturer training, support from experienced leads, and growth into senior or lead technician roles in a stable, customer-focused company.
