CompensationBenefits Pay:

$22.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience) plus spiffs and performance incentives.

Key Qualifications:

Previous residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Completion of HVAC training or apprenticeship preferred NATE certification is a plus Basic computer skills Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented attitude Willingness to recommend and sell add-on products and services
