CONNECTICUT-LICENSED LEAD HVAC INSTALLERS
Expected Annual Earnings:
$100,000-$200,000 Your License and Experience Should Mean Something. You've spent years learning the trade, earning your Connecticut HVAC license, leading crews, solving problems in the field, and taking responsibility for the finished job. Air, Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for experienced Lead HVAC Installers who want their skills, leadership, and craftsmanship to be recognized. A valid Connecticut S or D HVAC license is required.

Jobs are staged in advance to minimize unnecessary supply-house runs, so our crews can concentrate on the installation, the customer, and completing quality work. We believe Lead Installers should be respected, supported, and provided with the information, materials, and resources they need to lead their crews and deliver quality installations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
valid Connecticut S or D HVAC license Residential HVAC installation experience The ability to confidently lead and train an installation crew Pride in clean, professional workmanship Strong communication with customers and coworkers Attention to detail A commitment to completing every job correctly A valid driver's license and clean driving record You worked hard to earn your license and develop your skills.
