HVAC Technician - S1 or S2 Licensed Experienced HVAC Technician with an S1 or S2 license? Step into a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends—while staying in the industry you know.
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our New Britain campus. Use your hands-on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long-term stability.

Stay in the trade, in a new way What You'll Do Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training
Share real-world experience with students entering the field
Mentor and support students toward certification and careers
Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce What You Need S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge
