Oxford, CT About the Role We are seeking a professional to handle comprehensive HVAC, refrigeration, and process piping tasks, with a focus on installing and servicing complex systems. Your work will span across Connecticut and the lower Hudson Valley, NY, where you will contribute to design, installation, and service initiatives. You will be accountable to the Service General Manager . Core Responsibilities Assist the team daily with various heating system applications for buildings Provide mentorship and guidance to current technicians regarding heating system operations Execute preventative maintenance and service tasks on existing client heating infrastructure Generate quotes for new projects to assist with ongoing facility requirements Prioritize professional development to stay current with emerging industry technologies Offer technical expertise to the Pipefitter team to ensure project success Partner with Engineering and Project Management departments to deliver excellent customer support Assist with the initiation and startup of construction projects Keep precise documentation to ensure all work meets internal protocols and industry regulations Required Qualifications Must hold a valid Connecticut S-2 license Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Show the ability to handle competing priorities and hit project milestones Exhibit a capacity for learning and integrating new software tools Our Commitment Our company prioritizes the professional and personal advancement of our staff while providing superior solutions for our clients.
