Put your HVAC installation skills to work across a wide range of systems, including air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductless mini-splits, and geothermal equipment. Your New Role Work as an HVAC Installation Technician in Stratford, CT, serving Fairfield County. Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems. Complete HVAC replacements, system changeouts, retrofits, and new equipment installations. Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and venting. Braze and solder piping and complete electrical connections according to manufacturer specifications. Perform HVAC system startup, commissioning, refrigerant charging, and performance testing. Ensure installations meet applicable local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site. Provide excellent customer service and explain the operation of new HVAC systems to homeowners.
