Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dependable, skilled professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Service and repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, and related equipment. Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Complete service calls efficiently and professionally. Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended repairs. Maintain accurate service records and paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Mentor and assist less-experienced technicians when needed. Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC regulations. Skills 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments. Delaware HVAC license/certification preferred. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
