Perform heating and air conditioning service calls efficiently and professionally. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related issues. Perform system maintenance and identify potential problems before they become major repairs. Clearly explain HVAC problems and repair options to homeowners. Provide honest recommendations based on the customer's actual needs. Complete repairs correctly and according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately. Communicate with the office and dispatch team to keep customers informed and jobs running smoothly. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced service technician—not someone we're going to teach the basics to. 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Solid understanding of residential heating and cooling systems. Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Professional appearance and attitude. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Willingness to provide honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.
