Job Description

Role Overview:
The Residential Associate Clinician provides support to individuals transitioning from residential care to independent living, ensuring a safe and growth-promoting environment. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing recovery plans, documenting progress, and acting as a liaison with community agencies and families.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and guide participants through recovery and independence. Complete initial and annual assessments, develop person-centered recovery plans. Maintain accurate case records and document participant progress. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and training. Assess mental health symptoms and respond with appropriate interventions. Ensure safety and promote a healthy environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field. Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse supports. Ability to work independently with strong communication skills. Valid driver's license with acceptable record. Experience in community-based mental health services and direct care preferred. Physical ability to perform interventions, lift, and respond to emergencies.
